Returns & Refunds
We at Kerry Woollen Mills want you to enjoy our products and our aim is to have satisfied customers.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if you’re not satisfied we will provide you with a refund or exchange on merchandise returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are straightforward. Just mail the item(s) back to us together with your receipt to:

NB: The cost of shipping a return must be prepaid at the point of return. Kerry Woollen Mills is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. We strongly advise you to use a traceable delivery system. Please include a return address on your packaging.
Refunds are only made to the original card of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Cash cannot be mailed and in cases where a cash payment was made a credit note will be issued.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
